This weekend we made trip to Szentendre, a little town near Budapest. It’s a nice settlement by the river Danube, loved by artists and many foreigners. It was a brilliant day. Only the awfully hard dead wind could disappoint us a bit from time to time. Balazs joined us there. He took part earlier in a time trial race. Later we made several rounds to find the perfect place to have dinner. I can tell you, it wasn’t so easy after all.

While Robi made his usual sunday practice roundup, i prepared for the picnic. Couscous and falafel.
It was a perfect introduction of the new spring and of course the new prototype, which happens to be performing great. And it’s not only the new shape.

the first picnic with the new axle

The new rear hub axle prototype is done.
It’s 15mm thick aluminum with oversize bearings.
It’s gonna be tested in the usual purple-hub for a while.
The bolts are M6 30mm, 12,9 strength.

I did some changes on the web site /I hope you’ll like it/, I think it’s more interesting and fancy.
I try not to be boring and write about interesting things, of course bikes/fixies and our life….
and I make a promise: my English will be getting better!

Recently we visited Marti and Peter to have a birthday celebration.
Two very nice friends, with special talent and sensibility to the world.
Happy birthday Marti and of course Chuck Norris! (they were born on the same day.)
